FORTOIRE is proud to stand behind its products and our customer’s satisfaction. For all in-store purchases, ask about a free product trial before you buy. For all authorized online purchases, FORTOIRE offers a Manufacturer Warranty – if you are not satisfied with your product purchased online vinevera.com offers a 100% Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantee and will permit an exchange of the purchased product for any alternative Fortoire product of equal or lesser value. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your device, we offer exchanges with the product of your choice within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered at this time.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact the original vendor where you purchased your FORTOIRE product and return your product in its original packaging with your purchase receipt.

If your product was purchased online, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-349-1551, during work hours (Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm and Friday: 9 am – 3:30 pm)

Notes on Products for Exchanges:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories, user guides, certification, and accessories.
  • Products must be returned with a purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products that have been damaged or defaced are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any additional charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
  • Products that are damaged, delayed or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. FORTOIRE is not responsible for the return parcel and its contents until it arrives on FORTOIRE premises safely.
  • Please use postage tracking if you are returning a purchased product via mail.
