Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5-10 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Table below applies to U.S. orders only:

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, email Customer Service for assistance.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
