FORTOIRE devices purchased from an authorized reseller are eligible for a lifetime warranty. If your registered device ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, we will replace it. We stand by our products and aim to provide the best and most effective products available in the beauty technology industry. All products must be registered in order for the warranty to apply. Please register your purchase within 7 days of purchase in order to activate your warranty. Your device must be registered in order for the warranty to apply. What does the warranty not cover?
It will not cover wear and tear instances, such as the Fortoire lettering and logo rubbing off due to normal wear. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.
How do I get my warranty replacement?
Please call our customer service department at 877-349-1551 to begin the process. You will be asked to return the defective device to our customer service office, along with proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees for the delivery of the defective device will also be charged and must be paid over the phone. Please note that personal checks are not accepted and we cannot send replacements to P.O. boxes.
